Why do I teach yoga?
Yoga brings me back to balance, the simple beauty of life, and reminds me of the purpose of life (my dharma): sharing joy, positiveness, and love.
I truly believe our restless modern world needs more yoga to help us slow down, pause, reflect, and reset our balance.
I want to make yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of your flexibility, age, and busy schedule!

Completed L1 200 hours YTT & 50 hours Yin Yoga with Byron Yoga Center: Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga
Currently studying Certificate and Diploma of Yoga Teaching (2000 hours) with Byron Yoga Center
Chinese/British who has lived in China, UK, Finland and Australia
Has travelled to 60+ countries
Ex-banker who quit her job and devoted her life for yoga practice
